TeamSplit is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by TeamSplit. When you make or receive payments through TeamSplit, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We receive only limited transaction data (such as transaction ID and status) necessary to facilitate league payments.
TeamSplit uses Stripe, Inc. to process all payments. By using our payment features, you are also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe may collect and process your payment card details, bank account information, and identity verification information as required by law.
We do not have access to your full payment card numbers or bank account details. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance for all payment data.

You may delete your TeamSplit account at any time using either of the following methods:
Open the TeamSplit app → go to Settings → tap "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Email us at team.split.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
Upon account deletion, your personal profile information will be removed. Transaction records associated with completed league payments may be retained as required for financial record-keeping and legal compliance.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
